Will I go to Hell
Because I continue to sin?
Or do I have any credit
For my soul within?
A man asked me
To ask Jesus
Into my heart
Can I really take this to heart?
People being killed
And blown apart
In the name of a God
Audacity
Blasphemy
Is this what any God
Would want?
For us to kill one another?
This is why I find it hard
To believe
In religion
It doesn't seem right
To use it as an excuse
To fight
How can killing ever make it right?
How can I believe in the love
Of a God
When that's not all
God
Is made of
