I Want to Be Honest

I'll point the finger
At all who linger
In my inability
To be mean
To have ill intentions
When so many are mean
So many have ill intentions
I want to be honest
Because I care
Just because I want to be nice
It's easier to be nice
Than it is to be mean
Often I find that they don't know
What I mean
I get railroaded for things I didn't mean
I can't stand it
But I can defend my right to say it
