You came to me in a dream
Flowing like a river
I had no time with which
To hold you back
A force to be reckon with
Not even all of the arms
Of the world
Could prevent you from
Opening
As though by opening
You are exposing us all
To the dangers we fear
Without trying to hear
The words barely whispered
Even words screamed
At the very tops
Of our lungs
At the very tips
Of our tongues
Spreading fingers
Enough to grasp
You'll pick it up
When nobody is looking
